Is it legal to order these products by mail, even if prescription?

Yes!  Almost all countries allow the importation of prescription medications in limited quantities for personal use (not redistribution).   Even in countries where importation is a less clear issue, our packages almost always go through and if not we resend them again.  If a package is turned away, it is typically due to a problem customs officer than to an official countrywide policy.   If your package is refused, it will simply be returned to us and we will resend it or refund your money.  As long as you are not importing controlled substances (drugs or medications classified as drugs -- which we do not sell), you will not be held legally responsible if there are customs problems.  Importation should NEVER be a problem if you have a valid prescription from a physician in your country.  We are experts at making sure our packages will be received by you promptly!
